Drayton Gardens
Refurbishment of a Listed West London house
This project was a ‘stepping stone’ towards our aim of producing energy efficient refurbishments. It combines some health benefits and energy improvements for the occupants, including a heat recovery ventilation system, with some insulation improvements to some of the external walls. Historic windows were draft-proofed with brush seals and secondary glazing. Solar thermal panels, to provide hot water, were installed on an entirely new, super-insulated roof.
