Built on a plot surrounded by a biodiverse woodland, the proposal was for an exemplary Passive House; a beautiful, healthy, visionary family home.
The house maintains excellent indoor air quality by using natural materials to minimise the risk of air-borne toxins. It also features a heat recovery ventilation system for hygienic 24/7 purging of the air with a 100% fresh air supply. This maintains ideal indoor air humidity for health and filters out pollen and other particulates from the fresh air intake.
