Mayville Passivhaus Refurb achieves 95% total energy savings over first winter
Up to 95% reduction in operational energy
At the end of its first Winter, these results are better than we would have dared hope for. Mayville Community Centre is also performing better than design, although it should be noted that these results are preliminary as not all the offices have been fully occupied.

We hope that these results will help encourage sceptics that it is within their powers to design buildings that can meaningfully and reasonably robustly contribute to the CO2 reductions that we are told by most scientists are essential and now urgently overdue.
